Provides three modes of microscope operation:

1. Single photon confocal microscopy.
2. Conventional fluorescence.
3. Non-descanned single or dual PMT detection.

• Has shortest possible light path with minimal optical components between specimen and fluorescence detection system. Can be mounted directly to our side port adapter
• Can be custom manufactured to adapt to your existing microscope and laser scanning system

Also provides multi-position filter slider and filter cube for dual detection or ratio imaging for non-descanned detection.
